Critical analysis of accuracy of ultrasonic duplex scanning in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis

摘要 目的评价彩色多普勒超声诊断肾动脉狭窄的准确性。方法采用彩色多普勒超声对31例可疑肾动脉狭窄的高血压患者的62条肾动脉进行测量,并与肾动脉造影结果相比较。分别计算肾动脉狭窄≥50%和≥60%的准确度、敏感度和特异度。结果超声诊断肾动脉狭窄≥50%的准确度为74.2%、敏感度为84.8%、特异度为62.1%。诊断肾动脉狭窄≥60%的准确度为91.9%、敏感度为85.7%、特异度为93.8%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断肾动脉狭窄≥60%的准确度高于诊断肾动脉狭窄≥50%的准确度。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of ultrasonic duplex scanning in detecting renal artery stenosis( RAS).Methods Renal duplex ultrasound imaging and angiography were both done in 31 patients( 62 renal arteries) for comparison. Calculate the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of RAS greater than 50% and 60%,respectively. Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonic duplex scanning were 74. 2%,84. 8% and 62. 1% in detecting RAS ≥ 50%,respectively. While RAS≥ 60%,got 91. 9%,85. 7% and 93. 8%,respectively. Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasonic duplex scanning in detecting RAS≥ 60% is higher than that of detecting RAS ≥50%.
