中西药联合贴穴疗法治疗乳腺增生的临床研究

Clinical study on Chinese ard Western medicine combined with acupoint in treatment of breast hyerplsia

目的探究中西药联合贴穴疗法治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法将120例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,并按随机分配的原则将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。给予对照组中成药治疗,观察组则在对照组的治疗基础上加用贴穴疗法,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及复发情况。结果观察组的总有效率为91.67%,明显优于对照组的76.67%;观察组复发率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药联合贴穴疗法治疗乳腺增生效果显著,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical results of western United Acupoint therapy of breast hyperplasia. Methods In our hospital 120 cases of breast hyperplasia patients as research subjects,according to the principle of random assignment will be divided into a control group and the observation group,60 cases each. Chinese medicine treatment administered to the control group was observed in the treatment group,the control group based on the use of stickers point therapy,therapeutic effects were compared,and recurrence. Results Observation group total effective rate was91. 67%,significantly better than the 76. 67% in the control group; In the observation group,the recurrence rate was8. 33%,significantly lower than the 26. 67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of Western Medicine therapy and paste point of breast hyperplasia has significant effect,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
