摘要
随着互联网技术的快速发展,催生了许多新的商业模式,给经济、文化、生活等带来了巨大变化,对人们的思维观念也产生了极大冲击,从而逐步形成一种新的系统性运营思维——互联网思维。在企业培训实践中,新的思维对培训理念更新、培训模式创新产生积极影响,带来一些可喜的变化。本文结合"商会会长班"的培训实践,探讨如何运用互联网思维,颠覆传统培训模式,以用户价值为导向,实现培训模式创新,提升培训的针对性和实效性。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, many new business models have been created, which has brought great changes to the economy, culture and life, etc. , and has great impact on peopleg thinking, so as to gradually form a new systemic operational thinking Internet thinking. In the practice of enterprise train- ing, new thinking has positive influence on the innovation of training concept and training mode, and brings about some encouraging changes. This paper, combined with the training practice of president of the chamber of Com- merce, discusses how to use the Internet thinking, to subvert the traditional training mode, to realize the innovation of training mode, and to enhance the training pertinence and effectiveness.
