摘要
对山西省担保企业员工实行综合素质培训,从而提高员工知识水平、道德修养以及业务能力等方面的综合素养,是实现员工的自我价值、增强企业的核心竞争力、真正解决中小企业融资难等问题的重要环节。本文以太原市A担保公司为例,针对当前山西省担保企业在培训意识、需求分析、培训方式与培训评估等方面中存在的问题,通过合理的研究分析,提出解决方法,以规范企业培训管理工作。
To implement comprehensive quality training for employees of credit guarantee companies in Shanxi Province can improve their knowledge level, moral training and business ability and other aspects of the comprehensive quality. It is an important part of realizing the self value of employees, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, the real solution to the problem of the financing of small and medium - sized enterprises. Taking A guarantee company of Taiyuan as an example, through reasonable research and analysis, the paper puts forward so- lutions to the problems in the aspects of training awareness, needs analysis, training methods and training evalua- tion of credit guarantee company in Shanxi Province, in order to regulate the enterprise training management.
