论山西省旅行社安全教育培训体系的构建

On the Construction of the Safety Education Training System for the Travel Agency in Shanxi Province

旅行社作为旅游活动的组织者,其重要职责就是保障游客顺利安全地完成旅游活动。加强旅游安全教育培训是旅行社实现这一职责的重要手段。文章对山西省旅行社的安全教育培训现状、存在的问题进行了解析,最后从组织、内容、形式、评估四方面阐述了旅行社安全教育培训体系的构建。

As a tourism activity organizer, the important responsibility of travel agency is to ensure tourists to complete travel activity safely. Strengthening the training of tourism safety education is an important mean of travel agency to realize this responsibility. The article analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of safety ed- ucation training of travel agencies in Shanxi Province, and expounds the construction of safety education training system of the travel agency from four aspects, including the organization, content, form and evaluation.
