耐热腐蚀高温合金及其研究进展

Research and Development of Hot-corrosion Resistant Superalloys

摘要 摘要耐热腐蚀高温合金广泛地应用于陆地发电用工业燃气轮机和航空母舰及导弹驱逐舰等舰船用航海燃气轮机以及舰载机和近海战斗机等航空发动机。文章介绍了耐热腐蚀高温合金的概念、特点和应用,回顾了耐热腐蚀高温合金的发展历史并介绍了一些典型的耐热腐蚀高温合金。 Hot-corrosion resistant superalloys have been widely applied in the gas tur- bines for power generation industry, the marine gas turbines in the aircraft carrier and mis- sile destroyer as well as the aero-engines in shipboardaircraft and offshore fighter plane. In this paper,the concept, characteristic and application of hot-corrosion resistant superalloys is introduced and the development history is reviewed. The effect of preparation technology on microstructure and properties of the superalloy is discussed.
