摘要
通过HVDS-П高真空甩带机熔炼制备一种能快速水解制氢的Al-Ni合金,考察了合金成分以及碱溶液浓度对铝水解制氢性能的影响。由水解曲线和XRD结果表明,添加一定量的Ni能有效的提高合金的活性,常温下该系列合金与水反应迅速。在20%浓度的KOH溶液中,反应速率由纯Al的1.53mL/(min·cm^2)增加到Al-3%Ni合金的2.31mL/(min·cm^2),同时显著地减少了制氢反应时间,Al-4%Ni合金能在60min内反应完全,而纯Al需要140min,反应时间是Al-4%Ni合金的2倍。由不同的碱溶液浓度得到的实验结果显示,碱浓度提高能直接加快反应速率。Al-4%Ni合金由1.99 mL/(min·cm^2)(15%KOH)增大到3.0 mL/(min·cm^2)(25%KOH)。
A novel material for rapid generating hydrogen by splitting water,Al-Ni alloy,was prepared by HVDS-Пhigh vacuum machine.The effects of alloy composition and concentration of alkali solution were studied through the hydrolysis experiments and XRD analysis.The results showed that add a certain amount of Ni can improve the activity of the alloys.The hydrogen production rate increase from 1.53mL/(min·cm2)(x=0,in 20%KOH)to 2.31mL/(min·cm^2)(x=3,in 20%KOH).The hydrogen reaction time of Al alloy was twice of Al-4%Ni alloy.The different alkali solution concentration experiments results showed that the alkali concentration can improve directly to speed up the reaction from 1.99mL/(min·cm^2)(x=4,in 15% KOH)to 3.0mL/(min·cm^2)(x=4,in25% KOH).
