低压脉冲磁场对45钢凝固组织的影响 被引量:3

Effect of low pressure pulse magnetic field on solidification structure of 45 steel

摘要 利用高温激光共聚焦显微镜加上自行研制的脉冲磁场发生装置,研究脉冲磁场对45钢凝固组织的影响。在熔体凝固阶段中施加不同的脉冲磁场,分析不同强度的磁场电压对最终凝固组织影响。结果表明:施加脉冲磁场较未施加时组织明显细化,随着励磁电压的提高,凝固组织明显细化。将脉冲磁场电压由10V增加到50V,试样平均晶粒尺寸由720μm降至416μm。 The influence of pulse magnetic field on the solidified structure of steel was explored by use of high temperature laser confocal microscope equipped with independently developed pulse magnetic field generator.In the melt solidification phase of applying different voltage,analysis of different voltage of pulse magnetic field impact on final solidification organization.The results showed that the microstructure of the sample with the magnetic field is obviously refined compared with the sample without magnetic field.And with the increase of excitation voltage,the solidification structure is obviously refined.The pulse magnetic field voltage is increased from 10 Vto 50V,the average grain size of the sample is from 720μm to 416μm.
