Historical Evolution of Social Work Supervision and Its Inspiration——A Case Study of Social Work Supervision Practice in Shenzhen and United States

摘要以美国与中国深圳社会工作实务经验为例,将社会工作督导置放于历史的脉络中,全面回顾了美国与中国深圳社会工作督导的起源、发展过程以及近年来的新变化。同时,基于美国与中国深圳社会工作督导的历史经验及批判性的反思,得出了对中国内地社会工作督导本土实践的启示:设立社会工作督导的多元价值体系,建构督导目标、督导方式、督导角色和权威、督导关系的多元动态体系,以及重视督导过程中多元多重脉络体系的影响。 Based on the social work supervision practice in Shenzhen and United States,this paper reviewed the origin,development and new innovation in recent years of the social work supervision in both Shenzhen and United States from a historical perspective. At the same time,inspiration on the local practice of domestic social work supervision was raised based on the critical examination of the historical experience of social work supervision in Shenzhen and United States. This includes the building up of plural value system; construction of a plural dynamic system incorporating supervising goal,method,role and authority,and relationship; emphasizing the influence of the social context diversity in the supervising process.
