Research on the Legal Social Work

法律社会工作主要是运用法律和政策知识来维护弱势群体合法权益的社会工作;法律社会工作不同于心理认知社会工作、律师工作和司法矫治。权益维护类社会工作服务项目要求该领域的社会工作者熟悉法律知识和技能;社会矛盾凸显、弱势群体权利意识的提升,对法律社会工作提出了迫切要求。法律社工的宏观作用是助力社会综合治理,落实依法治国基本方略;法律社会工作的微观作用包括维权、纠偏和增能三个方面。法律社会工作的常见服务领域有婚姻家庭纠纷、劳动纠纷、交通事故处理、社会治安案件处理、土地房屋纠纷、社会保障、法制宣传七个方面;法律社会工作的经济支持模式主要有政府购买模式、非政府组织资助模式、风险代理模式、公益宣传模式和保险模式。

Legal social work is to use legal and policy knowledge to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups. Legal social work is different from the psychological cognition social work,lawyer and judicial correction social work. To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups requires that the social workers in the field are familiar with the legal knowledge and skills. Prominent social contradictions and enhanced awareness of rights of vulnerable groups urgently require the legal social work.The role of legal social work,on a macro-level,is to boost social comprehensive treatment and practice the basic strategy for the rule of law; while on a micro-level,the roles of legal social work include safeguarding the legal rights,rectification and enabling. The common service area of legal social work includes disputes on marriage and family,labor,disposition of road accident,processing of public security cases,housing land,social insurance and legal publicity. The profit patterns of legal social work mainly include the government buying patterns,NGOs support pattern,risks proxy mode,public welfare publicity mode,and insurance mode.
