In the context of integration,more and more disabled students are involved in higher education,and their adaptation problems in university life have attracted attention in the community. Group work has advantages and is effective in the intervention of the adaptation problems faced by disabled college students.The group work practice of disabled college students should reflect more the value of fusion and opening,and program design should combine physical and mental traits of disabled students and groups target,and from the advantage perspective,the core of the group dynamic is enabling and mutual help.
