大学生职业生涯发展指导工作的优化——以东北大学与上海交通大学为例

On How to Optimize Career Development Guidance to University Students

笔者通过访谈、问卷调查等方式对于东北大学及上海交通大学的职业生涯指导工作先进经验进行研究,在两校工作理念及体系布局、具体做法等方面进行了总结与分析,从而在体系建设、服务理念及方法创新等角度探索大学生职业生涯指导工作。

This paper is based on interviews and questionnaire surveys conducted in Northeastern University and Shanghai Jiaotong University with the aim of learning from their advanced experience in students＇ career development guidance.It is an analysis and a summary of the two universities＇ working philosophies,systems and practices and an exploration of new ideas about system construction,service concept and technique innovation concerning university students＇ career development guidance.
