摘要
本文从毕业生的就业质量、个人因素、高职院校、就业市场等角度出发,分析此种现象出现的原因。作为人才培养主体,高职院校应提高人才培养的质量,加强就业与职业指导,协调相关主管部门、企业共同作为以避免此种现象的发生。
This article examines the reasons behind the phenomenon that vocational college graduates to quit their first jobs so soon,including the quality of the employment,person-related factors,college-related factors and the job market.To prevent it from happening,higher vocational colleges should work hard to boost the quality of talent training,provide better career and employment guidance and make concerted efforts with related competent departments and enterprises.
