细结构石墨在熔融Solar salt中的热腐蚀行为 被引量:1

Heat resistant corrosion of fine structure graphite in molten Solar salt

摘要 Solar salt是太阳能熔盐光热发电的最佳传热介质。为了研究细结构石墨材料在熔盐Solar salt中的热腐蚀行为,将已加工的石墨试样浸入装有熔盐的坩埚中并置于马弗炉中,每隔一段时间取样称重,直至试样完全破坏。通过:XRD、SEM和OP等方法分析细结构石墨的破坏形式。研究发现,细结构石墨材料耐熔融Solar salt盐腐蚀性能较好;影响石墨材料热腐蚀性能的主要因素是石墨材料的石墨化度,随着石墨化度的增加,石墨的耐热腐蚀性能增强。 Solar salt is the best heat transfer medium molten salt for solar thermal power generation. In this paper the hot corrosion behavior of fine structure graphite in the molten solar salt was studied. The graphite samples were immersed in crucible with molten salt, and placed in a muffle furnace, then weighed at intervals until the samples were completely destroyed. The destruction forming of graphite was analyzed by XRD, SEM and OP measurements. It was found that the fine structure graphite exhibited excellent heat resistant corrosion property in molten Solar salt. The principal factor affecting the heat resistant corrosion of graphite was the graphitization degree. With the increase of the degree of graphitization, the heat resistance corrosion of the graphite can be enhanced.
