穴位按摩联合大黄粉穴位贴敷缓解骨折卧床患者便秘的效果

ACUPRESSURE JOINT RHUBARB ACUPOINT STICKING REMISSION OF FRACTURES IN AMBULATORY PATIENTS WITH CONSTIPATION EFFECT

目的 研究分析穴位按摩与大黄粉穴位贴敷对骨折卧床患者便秘的临床效果。方法 选取2014年12月~2015年5月期间我院下肢骨折卧床合并便秘患者90例,随机分为实验组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予饮食宣教、运动宣教,指导患者养成良好排便习惯、正确使用便盆,患者每日腹部按摩4次等干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上,增加中医特色护理干预措施,取天枢、中脘、气海、上巨虚四个穴位进行穴位按摩,按摩完毕,用大黄粉穴位贴敷神阙穴6 h。结果 观察组患者便秘症状较对照组减轻,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 穴位按摩与大黄粉穴位贴敷,能有效缓解下肢骨折卧床患者便秘症状,该方法简便,安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage plus acupoint application with raw Da Huang （ Radix et Rhizoma Rhei ） in treating functional constipation in fracture of lower limb bedridden patients. Method Selection in December 2014 - May 2015 from 90 patients with lower limb fracture merge constipation in bed, 90 patients were recruited and randomized into an observation group and a control groups, 45 in each group. The observation group was intervened by nursing measure of diet guide, abdomen massage, health education, on the basis of the observation group, the control group was by acupoint massage plus acupoint application with raw Da Huang（ Radix et Rhizoma Rhei）. Result Observation group of patients with constipation symptoms than the control group decreased. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupoint massage plus aeupoint application with raw Da Huang （ Radix et Rhizoma Rhei ） can effectively alleviate symptoms of lower limb fractures in patients with constipation. The method is simple, sate, and it is worth clinical promotion.
