基于排队模型的病人流程优化模拟

摘要 目的利用排队理论来模拟医院的病人流程,寻找优化病人流程,提高医院效率的方法。方法以门诊分诊过程为分析重点,设计相应的排队数学模型,并从分诊人员的数量、熟练程度以及准确率等方面进行模拟分析。结果模拟显示分诊人员的分诊效率和分诊准确率与结果均呈非线性关系,提示在一定范围内,人员分诊效率和准确率的提升会大大缩短门诊分诊时间,从而改善病人流程。结论排队模型能在一定程度上模拟医院病人流程,并为改善病人流程,提高就诊效率提供理论上的参考。
