摘要
大学主题班会对于大学生的思想政治教育工作具有非常重要的作用和意义,而根据当前的已有调查研究表明,大学的主题班会的内容和形式存在较多问题,导致学生的接受度不高,并未能达到其应有的效果。笔者运用心理学中的“人本主义”理论,结合大学生所处年龄特征以及认知特点,反思了当前主题班会的不足,并从主题班会的选题、形式以及实施方面提出了相应的对策,让大学主题班会真正起到对学生思想教育的作用。
University" Class Meeting" plays a significant role in the ideological and political education for university students. But according to a survey, problems are existing in content and form of it, which accounts for the under - acceptance of it from the students and deviation from the expected effect. By employing the theory of humanism, the author reflects on the deficiencies of the"Class Meeting"and raises corresponding countermeasures in topic -choo- sing, forming and implementation while considering the age and cognition traits of the students so as to make the "Class Meeting" do serve its role.
