鄂西地区土家族文化教育的缺失与重建

Absence and Reconstruction of the Tujia National Culture Education in Western Hubei Area

通过对鄂西地区土家族文化教育问卷和访谈调查分析,发现鄂西地区土家族文化教育存在诸多缺失,如汉化教育严重、教育结构失衡、教育情感淡化等。究其原因主要是课程资源紧缺、教学活动单一、教育合力不足。为此,通过树立文化环境的保护意识,研发立体多元的校本课程,拓展实践锻炼的培养渠道,建立学校社会联合的运行机制,这四个方面的内容构建鄂西地区土家族文化教育,以促进土家族文化教育的传承与创新。

Questionnaire and interview surveys show the absence of the Tujia National culture education in western Hubei area,e. g.,the serious influence of the Han culture in education,the unbalance of educational structure,and the weakening of affection in education. The causes of all this are the lack of course resources,the monotony of teaching activities and the insufficiency in combining educational forces. It is therefore quite necessary to reconstruct the routes for Tujia national culture education the western Hubei area,foster consciousness of protecting cultural environment and form a new view of building ecology for national culture. Specifically,it is a must to develop solid and multidimensional school-based courses,reinforce the design of systematic education of national culture,so as to promote coordinating and innovating national culture education.
