班级文化建设的功能和有效途径探析——以兰州市M民族中学的五个班级为例

Exploration of Functions of and Effective Approaches to Constructing Class Culture——A case study of the five classes of Lanzhou M National Middle School

班级文化是校园文化的重要部分,优秀的班级文化具有教育功能、凝聚功能、导向功能、创造创新功能、个性化功能。因此,加强班级文化建设,能够充分发挥学生的主观能动性和创造性,推进班级工作的开展。基于优秀班级文化的功能,本文从班级文化建设中的物质文化、制度文化、精神文化和行为文化四个角度论述班级文化建设的有效途径。

To strengthen the construction of class culture can give full play to students＇ subjective initiative and creativity and promote the development class work. Class culture is an important part of campus culture,and excellent class culture？ has functions of education,aggregation,guidance,creativity and individuation. Based on these functions,this paper discusses the effective approaches to excellent class culture construction from four aspects of the material culture,system culture,spirit culture and behavior culture.
