Based on the vehicle function design, the core function points which intelligent traffic systems need to have were proposed. In the program implementation process, the system critical data was analyzed,and the cloud computing technology was used to carry out system. This scheme has higher application value for the evolution of urban intelligent direction. And also it has been applied in the base construction of vehicle networking to which has obtained the remarkable effect.
