A Research on the Intelligence-led Investigation Mechanism in Coping with Frequent Property-related Crimes

多发性侵财犯罪案件在刑事发案总量中一直占据较高比重,直接给人民群众的财产安全造成了巨大威胁。通过深入分析多发性侵财犯罪的特点及当前我国公安侦查工作应对多发性侵财犯罪的现状及困境,建议从信息采集、情报分析、情报共享、合成侦查、情报落地五个方面构建出应对多发性侵财犯罪的情报导侦机制,以期切实发挥情报信息在侦查工作中的主导作用。

Frequent property-related crimes have covered a large proportion in the total amount of criminal case, which poses a huge threat to the safety of people＇s property directly. Through the deep analysis on the features of frequent property-related crimes, this essay describes the current situation and plight about coping with frequent property-related crimes during the public security investigation at present, and elaborates the features and functions of intelligence-led investigation mechanism. In the end, it establishes the intelligence-led investigation mechanism in coping with frequent property-related crimes from the following five aspects of information collection, intelligence analysis, intelligence sharing, synthetic investigation and intelligence implementation so as to make intelligence practically play the leading role in investigation.
