高校辅导员在大学生心理危机干预中有着不可忽视的作用,其工作好坏一定程度上影响着大学生心理危机干预的实效。但是,在实际工作中,辅导员却面临着各种突出的问题。本文拟从专业素质、心理素质和伦理三个方面对辅导员在大学生心理危机干预工作中的困境进行深入剖析,进而积极探索解决对策,对于增强大学生心理危机干预实效,引导大学生健康成长成才具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。

College counselors play an important role in students＇ psychological crisis intervention, and the quality of their work, to some extent, affects the effectiveness of college students＇ psychological crisis intervention. Meanwhile, the counselors are now faced with a variety of outstanding problems. This article made in-depth analysis from the aspects of professional qualities, psychology and ethics, and sought the countermeasures, expected to theoretically and practically enhance the effectiveness of the counselors ＇intervention work and the students＇ healthy growth and development.
