According to Regulations for Implementing the law on Government Procurement to Improve the Equipment Procurement of Colleges and Univesities

《中华人民共和国政府采购法实施条例》已经颁布实施,《条例》对政府采购实务操作做了许多新规定。本文以介绍《条例》新规定为切入口,对比分析高校设备采购工作中存在的问题,提出完善采购工作的有效途径,确保高校设备采购工作规范、高效、顺利进行。

Implementation Regulations of the Government Procurement Law of People＇s Republic of China have been promulgated and are being implemented. The Regulations have made many new stipulations on the practical operation of government procurement. This thesis started with an introduction to the new stipulations of the Implementation Regulations, analysed the existing problems in equipment procurement of colleges and universities and put forward some effectives ways to improve the procurement process so as to ensure the standard, highly-efficient and smooth equipment procurement of colleges and universities.
