摘要
在EASY5平台上对某干燥系统的热泵循环进行了仿真研究。描述了系统的工作原理以及系统中各主要组件的数学模型,将模拟值与实验值进行了对比验证,提出在蒸发器前加入回热器。结果表明:采用回热能有效降低蒸发器和冷凝器的负荷,提高系统性能。系统各状态参数的动态响应合理,建立的仿真平台能够对热泵干燥系统的模拟提供参考。
In this paper, a simulation of the heat pump system cycle of a drying system was researched based on EASY5. The working principle and mathematical model of the system were described. The simulation results were validated with the experimental value. A regenerator before the evaporator was presented. The results show that the evaporator and condenser load can be effectively reduced by using the regenerator. The dynamic response of the state parameters was reasonable. The system can provide valuable reference for the simulation of heat pump dehumidification system.
