微通道冷凝器与传统冷凝器运行特性比较 被引量:4

摘要 微通道换热器由于很好的换热特性,受到广泛的关注。在传统制冷系统的基础采用R404A制冷剂,研究了冷库内不同热负荷对微通道冷凝器的换热特性和对系统COP的影响,并与相同制冷剂充注量下传统管翅式换热器进行了对比研究。在改变冷库内热负荷条件下,主要有以下结论:随着冷库热负荷的增加,微通道冷凝器出口压力和系统COP整体趋势是增大的,COP值最大值接近1.0,出口温度约为32℃,进口温度约为80℃;同等冷库热负荷下,微通道冷凝器的进出口温度及温差都低于常规管翅式冷凝器进出口温度及温差,其COP远大于常规冷凝器系统的COP,最大差值将近0.4,比常规冷凝器系统提高近69%。 Owing to its great heat transfer performance, micro-channel heat exchanger is extensively paid attention. Based on the traditional refrigeration system, the present paper studied the performance of micro-channel condenser and COP of the system under different heat load. And we compared them with that of traditional fin-tube heat exchanger under equivalent refrigerant charge with the refrigerant of R404 A. When varying heat load of the refrigeration storage, we could reach the following conclusions: With the increase of heat load, the outlet pressure and COP had an increasing trend. The value of COP was about 1.0, the outlet temperature was about 32℃, and the inlet temperature was about 80℃; With the equivalent heat load, the inlet temperature, outlet temperature and temperature difference of micro-channel condenser were all lower than that of traditional one, and COP of micro-channel condenser was much larger than that of traditional one, with a increase of 69% approximately. The maximum difference was about 0.4.
