摘要 传统的物理化学方法在去除重金属方面存在二次污染和投资成本大等不足。而生物固定化是一种可有效处理含金属废水的技术,在处理含重金属废水时表现出卓越性能。生物固定化技术是通过包埋法和交联法等物理或化学方法将微生物或酶等生物催化剂限定在某一特定区域,并使其保持活性,能够不断循环利用。通过生物固定化技术处理含重金属的废水,介绍生物固定化技术处理镉、铅和铬几种类型重金属的国内外研究现状。采用生物固定化处理重金属污染具有细胞流失少、反应过程易控制、处理效率高和产物易分离等优势。逐渐成熟的生物固定化技术将对工业、农业和医学产生深远的影响。 Traditional physical and chemical methods for removing heavy metals have the disadvantages of secondary pollution, large investment costs, and so on. However, biological immobilized technology is an effective method for treating wastewater containing metal. Great advantages of the technology have been shown during treating wastewater containing low concentration metal. Biological immobilization technology is the method by embedding, cross-linking and other physical or chemical methods to limit the microbe or enzyme in a specific area to keep their activities so that they can be continuously used by recycling. The research status of biological immobilization technology for removing cadmium, lead and chromium and other heavy metals from wastewater was introduced. The biological immobilization technology for the removal of heavy metals has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, easy control reaction process and product separation, and less cell loss. The gradually mature technology of biological immobilization will have a profound effect on the industry, agriculture and medicine.
