摘要
为了探究可变气门正时对低速发动机动力性能的影响。首先对发动机凸轮轴相位可变进行需求分析,然后根据理论分析为某一无VVT配气功能的汽油机设计一套VVT系统,最后在发动机台架上分别对原发动机和VVT发动机进行低速时发动机功率、扭矩和转速性能进行试验。结果表明,VVT发动机与原发动机相比较扭矩提高了2 N·m,功率提高了2.5 k W,转速降低82 r/min,从而得出可变气门正时低速发动机动力性能有了显著的提高。
In order to explore the effect of variable valve timing on the dynamic performance of low speed engine.Firstly,the requirement analysis of the engine camshaft phase is carried out,and then the VVT system is designed according to the theory analysis. The engine power,torque and rotating speed performance test of the engine and VVT engine are carried out in the engine bench. The results show that the torque of the VVT engine and the original engine is improved by 2N.m, and the power of the engine is improved by 2.5k W, and the power performance of the engine with variable valve timing is significantly improved by 82r/min.
