基于adams与simulink的六杆机构数值分析研究

摘要 为研究两种连杆机构分析方法的差异,分别采用解析法结合MATLAB和机械系统动力学分析软件Adams建立了两种铰链机构运动模型。对两种模型分别分析求解,得到连杆机构的速度、加速度时间历程曲线,对比分析两种方法,结果表明:两种方法得到的分析结果相差不大,最大相对差异不超过8%,两种分析方法的分析效率差别不大,ADAMS虚拟样机方法的建模效率高。 In order to investigate difference between two kinds of analytical method of planar linkage mechanism,two types of mathematical model of kink four bar linkage was established,using analytical method combined with MATLAB and mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS. The time history responses of curve for velocity and acceleration was obtained,by means of solving two kinds of model. Comparing the results of the analysis,the results show that there were smaller differences between kinds of analysis method,The maximum relative difference was not more than 3%. The analysis efficiency of the two methods was small and the efficiency to established model using virtual prototype method was higher than analytical method.
