摘要
为了增大固定体积的消声器的传递损失,以穿孔消声器为例,通过设计计算,利用GEM3D建立了消声器的三维模型并利用GT-Power对建立的消声器三维模型进行声学性能分析,计算消声器的传递损失,通过对比不同穿孔率共振腔进气管的传递损失曲线,确定最合适的穿孔率,使消声器传递损失在整个计算频率范围内保持较大的值,为穿孔管消声器设计提供了理论依据。
In order to increase the fixed volume of transmission loss of muffler,a perforated muffler,for example,through the design and calculation,the 3 d model of muffler was established based on GEM3 D and use the GT-the power to establish a three-dimensional model of muffler,acoustic performance analysis calculation of transmission loss of muffler,by comparing the different cavity inlet pipe perforation rate of transmission loss curve,determine the most appropriate perforation rate,muffler transmission loss in the calculation value of the frequency range is larger,which provides theoretical basis for perforated tube muffler design.
