摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立了转筒烘干机托轮轴的有限元仿真模型,按标准工况模拟转筒烘干机托轮轴的边界条件和受力情况进行托轮轴的受力分析,得到托轮轴的应力分布和变形情况,从而找到应力和变形的最大值及相应部位,分析结果对转筒烘干机托轮轴的结构优化设计具有重要的理论指导意义。
The finite element model of supporting shaft of rotary drum drier was built by ANSYS. On the foundation of standard operating condition,stress of supporting shaft is analyzed based on model of its boundary conditions and stress conditions and then the stress distribution and deformation of the supporting shaft is acquainted,so that the maximum value of stress and deformation is found. The analysis results has important theoretical significance to the design and optimization of the supporting shaft structure of drum dryer.
