某汽油机气缸盖罩设计

摘要 根据油机的实际使用状况进行气缸盖罩设计,遮盖并密封气缸盖。汽油机在整车上状态为中置后驱,且布置为往排气侧倾斜50°.气缸盖罩上安装支座,设计搭子,安装线束支架等。带VVT和不带VVT不同状态机型通用,密封面使用10个螺栓压紧,采用丙烯酸做密封垫。油气分离包括气缸盖罩内设计的迷宫和挡油板,挡油板上设计有带孔隔板和回油孔。经过严格设计与可靠性试验,达到预期效果。 Cylinder head cover is designed according to the actual condition of the gasoline engine. The gasoline engine in the vehicle state after mid drive,and is arranged to the exhaust side inclination of 50 degrees. Mounting bracket on the cylinder head cover,design a ride,and install the wire harness bracket,etc.. With and without VVT different state models are the same,sealing surface using 10 bolts pressed. Oil and gas separation including the design of the cylinder head cover design of the maze and the block of oil,the oil board design has a hole with a separator and back oil hole. After rigorous design and reliability test,the expected results are achieved.
