摘要
保持结构设计和加工工艺不变,曲轴材料由40Cr变更为QT800情况下,利用AVL软件中的EXCITE Designer模块对某直列4缸汽油机曲轴系进行了计算分析,对计算出的曲轴强度、扭振、油膜厚度进行了评价,并据此评估此曲轴。
Keep unchanged structure design and processing technology,the crankshaft materials by 40 cr changes for the QT800 cases,using AVL EXCITE in software Designer module of an inline 4 cylinder gasoline engine crankshaft system has carried on the analysis and calculation to calculate crankshaft strength,torsional vibration,oil film thickness was evaluated, and assess the crankshaft.
