摘要
利用有限元方法,对钢板弹簧的工作过程进行了模拟仿真,得出刚度和上极限的应力情况,并通过理论计算、刚度试验验证钢板弹簧的刚度,从而验证有限元模型的正确性,为板簧设计开发提供指导作用,从而缩短产品开发周期,降低开发成本,提高产品的设计质量有十分重要的意义。
Using the finite element method to simulate the working process of the leaf spring,come to the stiffness and U-bolt clamping assembly state,the stress and deformation of the fully loaded and the upper limit,and by theoretical calculations and Stiffness test to verify that the stiffness of the leaf spring,to verify the correctness of the finite element model,and provide guidance for the leaf spring design and development,it is of great significance.to short the product development cycle,reduce development costs,and improve product design quality
