摘要
通过对某型引进飞机的仪表表盖玻璃常见损伤进行统计分析,对损伤情况进行理论分析,结合光学玻璃冷加工工艺,提出光学玻璃的技术指标反求方法,特别是基础尺寸的反推,透光率的要求等。结合国内现有光学玻璃材料及加工工艺,给出损伤容差范围内仪表表盖玻璃的修复方法,损伤范围外玻璃的研制方法。并通过工程实践,验证修复玻璃及研制玻璃的各项性能指标均优于原仪表玻璃指标,可满足装机要求。
The technical indicators reverse method,particularly basic dimensions reverse thrust and transmission rate requirements of optical glass were proposed in combination with optical glass cold process,based on the introduction of a certain type of aircraft instrument table cover glass common injury for statistical analysis and theoretical analysis. A repair method inner and outside scope damage tolerance instrument of table cover glass was given, combined with conventional optical glass materials and processing technology. And the performance indicators of develop repair glass were better than the original instrument glass index fairly,meet to the installed requirements through the engineering practice.
