摘要
针对螺杆式压缩机的运行控制要求,采用虚拟仪器软件开发平台Lab VIEW对螺杆式压缩机进行在线监测系统的软件和硬件设计。通过监测系统以便实时掌握螺杆式压缩机运行状态和变化趋势,为实现预知维修、机组高效运行和故障诊断提供了有效保障。
Screw-type compressor control systems require reliable operation. Lab VIEW is a commonly used virtual instrument software.The software and hardware of the monitoring system about the screw compressor is designed by it. the monitor system of screw-type compressor can grasp the operating status and changing trend of screw compressor in real time.It provide effective guarantee for the realization of predictive maintenance, efficient operation and fault diagnosis of the unit.
