摘要
通过分析楼宇对讲机壳体的使用要求和结构特点,用UG NX5.0软件完成模具总体结构设计,阐述了模具分型面的确定、浇注系统设计、模具成型零件设计、侧抽芯机构设计等。经生产实践验证,模具结构紧凑,生产效率高,所生产塑件质量满足技术要求。
The injection mold of building intercom housing shell is accomplished by UG NX5.0 in this paper,including the design of parting surface,gating system,mould forming parts and side core pulling mechanism etc.Practice showed that the die was feasible in structure and high in production efficiency. The plastic parts quality satisfies the technical requirements.
