摘要
随着数控技术的日新月异,在数控车削加工中出现了很多的关于普通螺纹、梯形螺纹及异型螺纹的加工方法。以数控车床GSK980TDB系统的普通螺纹加工技巧进行阐述,对常用的编程指令G32、G92和G76进行剖析,并对其进刀方式、加工方法、编程方法等进行比较,于提高零件的加工精度。
With the rapid development of numerical control technology,in NC turning machining appeared a lot of a common screw,trapezoidal screw and thread shaped processing method,the CNC lathe GSK980 TDB system ordinary thread processing techniques described,to carry on the analysis to the commonly used programming instructions G32, G92 and G76, and of the feed mode, processing method and programming method were compared,to improve the machining precision of the parts.
