摘要
复合材料具有密度低,比强度和比刚度高,以及裂纹扩展速率较低等特点,先进复合材料已经成为飞机的主要结构材料,在新型民用飞机中已经大量使用。对典型的复合材料C型框结构进行弯曲试验,比较了两种不同削层方案的碳纤维增强复合材料C型框结构的抗弯曲性能。试验证明了递减削层方案的抗弯曲性能要优于递增削层方案,为复合材料在飞机上的应用积累数据和经验,为飞机复合材料结构设计提供参考。
The composite material has low density,high specific strength and stiffness,and low crack growth rate.Advanced composite material has become an important structure material of aircraft,andit has been used extensively in the new civil aircraft. In this paper,two different cut layer design of the composite C-frame structure are tested by bending. Tests showed that the decreasingly cut layer design is stronger than the increasingly cut layer design about their anti-bending capability. Thisresearch accumulates valid data and experience for compositematerial application in aircraft structure design.
