摘要
加工一系列不同位置的孔,利用普通钻床钻孔时则需要完成数个相同的加工顺序动作,若使用常用编程指令编写孔加工程序则十分麻烦,而使用孔加工固定循环指令G81,可简化加工程序和提高编程效率,减少手工处理工作量,并成倍提高生产效率。
A series of different position of the hole,the use of the common drilling machine drilling need to complete a number of the same processing order action,if use common programming instructions written hole processing procedure is very troublesome,and fixed cycle instruction G81 use hole processing,can simplify the processing procedure and improve the efficiency of programming,thus reducing the manual processing workload,and improve production efficiency exponentially.
