摘要
文章依据国家纺织行业规范JJF(纺织)064-2013《织物防钻绒性摩擦试验仪校准规范》,对织物防钻绒摩擦试验仪动、定夹具间距示值误差进行测量,并依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,通过不确定度A类和B类评定方法求得各标准不确定度分量,最后获得织物防钻绒摩擦试验仪动、定夹具间距离示值误差的扩展不确定度。
In this paper,the indication error of the distance between the fixed and moving clamp of rubbing tester for fabric down-proof was measured according to the industry standard of JJF（Fabrics） 064-2013＂Calibration specification of rubbing tester for down-proof properties of fabrics＂. And in order to get the expanded uncertainty of the indication error of the distance between the fixed and moving clamp,analyzed type A uncertainty and type B uncertainty of the standard uncertainty components based on JJF 1059.1-2012 ＂Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement＂.
