摘要
模态试验的研究对致力于了解和控制实践中遇到的各种振动现象起着重要的作用,通过模态试验测量出结构激励点的激励量和测量点的响应量信息,获得结构各点之间的传递函数,使设计人员能够确定振动响应量的大小和范围,同时对理论模型给予证明和预测,从而达到优化设计,提高产品的结构可靠性,本文着重对模态试验方法中的脉冲锤击法的工作原理以及试验中用到的主要仪器、测量过程中应注意的问题等几个方面作了论述。
The research of modal test has great affection at understanding and control the vibration phenomena during practice. The energizing quantity of structure energizing point and response quantity of measurement point which measure through modal test. The transfer function which get from each structure point,so that designer will certain size and range of vibration response quantity. Also proving and predicting theory model to optimize design and improve structure reliable of production. This article is mainly discuss about working principle of impulse-response method,main instruments which using at test and problems of attention during measurement.
