摘要
文中对典型的轴类零件,进行分析加工的工艺方案和工装方案,并明确选择了刀具和切削的用量,我们制定了加工顺序和加工路线,对加工部件程序编制。通过对工艺的过程的制定,体现了数控设备在保证加工精度,加工效率,简化工序等方面的优势。
In this paper,the typical shaft parts are analyzed,and the process plan and working plan are analyzed,and the cutting tool and cutting parameters are selected. Through the development of the process,the numerical control equipment is reflected in the process of ensuring the machining accuracy,processing efficiency,simplifying the process and so on.
