水培黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物的化学成分鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为解决辣椒的连作障碍提供理论依据,采用水培、硅胶柱层析与气质联用仪(GC-MS)相结合的方法收集、分离和鉴定黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物的化学成分。结果表明:黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物石油醚组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现53个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共27个;乙酸乙酯组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现60个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共35个;氯仿组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现58个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共26个;甲醇组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现57个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共26个。黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物包含烷烃类、烯烃类、酯类、酸类、醇类、酚类、醛类、肟类、醋酸盐类、酰胺类和萘胺类等化合物。 In order to provide scientific basis for the mechanism of cropping obstacles,the chemical components of C.chinense root exudates were identified in this study.The root exudates of C.chinense were collected by nutrient solution culture.The extracts were fractionated by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,chloroform and methanol respectively,through the column chromatography for root exudates isolation.And the chemical component of root exudates were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results: There were 53 peaks of chemical components in the GC MS chromatograms of petroleum ether extraction fromC.chinense root exudates,and there were 27 chemical component of SI more than 85%;there were 60 peaks of chemical components in the GC MS chromatograms of ethyl acetate extraction,and there were 35 chemical components of SI more than 85%;there were 58 peaks of chemical components in the GC MS chromatograms of chloroform extraction,and there were 26 chemical components of SI more than 85%;there were 57 peaks of chemical components in the GC MS chromatograms of methanol extraction,and there were 26 chemical components of SI more than 85%.The root exudates of C.chinense were composed of alkane,olefins,esters,acids,alcohols,phenols,aldehydes,oxime,acetate,amide and naphthylamine compounds.
