Ownership Adjustment of Basic Tobacco Fields in Land Consolidation

为减少土地权属争议,加快土地整理进程,以安顺市西秀区双堡镇马槽片区基本烟田整理项目为例,从烟田权属现状与类型、烟田质量评价、权属调整划分方法以及权属信息管理等方面对基本烟田整理中的权属调整进行了详细的分析研究,提出一套农户土地增值利益平衡、切实可行的权属划分方案。

The ownership adjustment of basic tobacco fields in land consolidation of Macao project area,Shuangbao Town,Xixiu District,Anshun City is analyzed in detail from four aspects of tobacco field ownership status and type,tobacco field quality evaluation,ownership adjustment division method and ownership information management to reduce disputes over land ownership and speed up the process of land consolidation.A set of ownership division scheme with the benefit balance of farmer households＇ land increment and feasibility is proposed at the same time.
