摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定茯苓配方颗粒中茯苓酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(83∶17)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:6个厂家12批次的茯苓配方颗粒中茯苓酸含量介于0.87-69.13μg/g之间。结论:该方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠,可用于茯苓配方颗粒的质量评价。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of pachymic acid in poria formula granule. Methods:HPLC was performed on a Diamonsil C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column at 35 ℃ with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid solution( 83∶ 17). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: The content of pachymic acid in twelve batch es of poria formula granule products from six factories ranged between 0. 87 μg / g and69. 13 μg / g. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality evaluation of poria formula granule.
