云南省农产品出口竞争力的实证研究

The Empirical Research on Agricultural Goods Export Competitiveness in Yunnan Province

近年来,云南农业发展迅速,农产品出口形势乐观,成为农产品出口西部第一大省。由于云南独特的地理气候条件和土壤因素,云南拥有众多的高原特色农产品,许多农产品的产量产值位居全国前列。本文首先阐述了云南农业生产的基本情况,剖析了云南农产品出口的规模、市场结构、商品结构、贸易方式和来源地结构。然后选取中国农产品出口第一大省山东作为比较对象,通过合理选取贸易竞争力指数TC、显示性比较优势指数RCA和出口增长优势指数ERA三个指标,基于2010—2014年两省农产品的进出口数据,动态比较两省农产品的出口竞争力水平。实证研究结果表明,云南农产品的出口竞争力高于山东农产品的出口竞争力。最后,提出了进一步提升云南农产品出口竞争力的一些建议。

With the rapid development of Yunnan agriculture, the situation of agriculture products export in recent years is gratifying, and Yunnan becomes the first major agriculture products exports among west- ern provinces. Due to the unique geographical and climatic conditions and soil factors,Yunnan has many Plateau characteristics of agricultural products, and the output of many agricultural products ranks the forefront. First, tlle paper describes the basic situation of agricultural production in Yunnan, analyzes the scale, market structure, commodity structure, trade mode, and origin structure of Yunnan agriculture products export. Then, Selects Shandong as comparison target, chooses three indicator of TC, RCA and ERA, based on the 2010--2014 import and export data of agriculture products, compares dynamic the export competitiveness of Yunnan and Shandong. Last, we put forwards some proposals for enhances fur- ther the export competitiveness of Yunnan agricultural products.
