西南欠发达地区省直高校学前教育专业女生就业期望初步调查——以贵州师范学院为例 被引量:1

Investigation on the Employment Expectation of Female Students of Preschool Education Majors in the Provincial University of Southwest Underdeveloped Areas——A Case Study of Guizhou Education University

摘要 主要采用问卷调查与访谈,就"学前教育专业女生就业期望及其影响因素"对贵州师范学院120名学前教育专业的女生进行调查与研究,并对其就业地区、就业单位、声望及地位的期望进行调查。调查结果显示:贵州师范学院学前教育专业女生对当前学前教育的发展以及就业形势认识基本合理;就业期望与现实情况基本吻合;在就业期望的影响因素中,大部分女生考虑的因素是个人兴趣爱好和工作地点,从而提出建议与对策。 Questionnaire and interview were adopted toinvestigate on the influencing factors and 120 girls' employment expectation including salary,employment areas,employment units,prestige and status within preschool education majors of Guizhou Education University. The survey results show that: preschool female employment expectation on the current employment situation is reasonable and almost corresponds with the reality; as for the factors affecting the employment expectations,most of the girls think the most important is the personal interest and the place of work. In the study,we put forward some suggestions and strategies.
