摘要
伴随素质教育不断深化发展,"学生需要"便被用来作为许多素质教育活动的依据。但因教师教学论、教育心理学知识欠缺或无效应用,教学中学生安全感、交流沟通、树立信心、求知、自我实现合理需要未被科学对待,必须通过教师角色创新,革新教学模式,建构科学课堂管理模式实现关注教学中学生合理需要的意义,尊重学生独特性和主体性。
With the development of quality education,the students' needs have been used as the foundation of many quality education activities. However,due to the lack of teachers' teaching theory,educational psychology,or invalid application,students ' security,communication,confidence developing,learning,reasonable needs of self realization in teaching are not treated scientifically. In view of the present situation,it is suggested that teachers' role be changed,teaching mode be innovated,thescientific classroom management mode be constructed,so as to realize the significance of respecting students' reasonable needs in teaching,and to respect students' uniqueness and subjectivity.
