摘要
逆变点焊过程比较复杂、难以建立精确的数学模型,传统PID控制难以达到控制要求,而模糊控制对被控对象的数学模型并无严格要求,它对参数变化的线性和非线性对象有着很强的鲁棒性。提出了一种改进的模糊积分控制算法,设计了中频逆变点焊恒电流控制系统,并在Simulink仿真环境下建立仿真模型。利用所设计的模糊积分控制器,与传统PID控制器、模糊控制器作比较和分析。仿真结果表明,在系统数学模型未知的情况下,模糊积分控制较传统PID控制和模糊控制精度较高、响应速度较快、超调量较小,具有适应性强、鲁棒性好、精度高的特点。
Inverter resistance spot welding process is complicated,difficult to establish precise mathematical model,the traditional PID control is difficult to reach control quality.With no requirement for the mathematical model of controlled object ,fuzzy control has a strong robustness to the vary linear and nonlinear object.This paper introduces an improved fuzzy integral control algorithm, establishes a mid-frequency inverter spot welding constant current control system,and builds model in SIMULINK environment.Then comparing the designed fuzzy integral controller with traditional PID controller and fuzzy controller,tile results show that under the situation of unknown mathematical model,fuzzy integral control has higher precision ,faster response-time and smaller overshoot than the traditional PID control and fuzzy control. It has strong adaptability,good robustness, high accuracy.
