缓冲层添加方式对钢/银基钎料钎焊接头的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对比研究了两种缓冲层添加方式对钢/银基钎料钎焊接头组织和强度的影响。结果表明,采用复合钎料,缓冲层与钎料界面结合较好,界面洁净;预置缓冲层试样缓冲层Cu与钎料结合稍差。复合钎料钎焊接头抗剪强度高于预置缓冲层钎焊接头抗剪强度。 The effect of buffer layer inserting methods on steel/silver-based composite filler metal brazing joints was investigated.The results show that,the buffer layer/brazing filler metal interface is well joined and clean by using composite brazing filler metal.When inserting the buffer layer between the steel and filler metal,the Cu/brazing filler metal joint interface is poor.Using the composite brazing filler material can obtain higher shear strength than inserting the buffer layer between the steel and filler metal.
